Interleukin Genetics Postpones Fourth Quarter And Fiscal 2006 Financial Results Conference Call
WALTHAM, MA – March 15, 2007 – Interleukin Genetics, Inc. (AMEX: ILI) today announced that it has postponed its year-end conference call as a result of a delay in the filing of its Annual Report on Form 10-K for the year ended December 31, 2006. The delay in filing is necessary for management to complete its accounting for the operations of the Alan James Group, a privately-held company acquired by Interleukin in August 2006. The 2006 year end financial results conference call will be rescheduled as soon as practicable.
