Interleukin Genetics Announces Changes in Senior Management

WALTHAM, MA – JULY 26, 2005 – Interleukin Genetics, Inc. (OTCBB:ILGN) announced today that Fenel Eloi, the Company’s Chief Financial Officer and Chief Operating Officer has resigned for personal reasons, effective August 15, 2005.  John McCabe, currently the Company’s controller, has been named interim Chief Accounting Officer, effective upon the same date.  Philip R. Reilly, MD, JD, Chief Executive Officer of Interleukin Genetics, will act as interim Chief Operating Officer.  “Since 2000, Fenel Eloi has served Interleukin Genetics with distinction.  We wish him well in his future endeavors”, said Dr. Reilly.
